I wrote AI for Small Business Owners to help business owners find the repetitive work hiding inside their payroll and automate it without handing over judgment, customer data or control. It is one complete book: fifty numbered ways, each starting from an ordinary business problem, with the setup, the guardrail and the honest cost written down.
The book opens with foundations: what repetitive work actually costs, what today’s AI can and cannot do reliably, what should never be handed to it, and how to choose a first automation on evidence rather than enthusiasm. The fifty ways then cover customer service, sales, marketing, operations, finance and employee support, each with a worked prompt and its sample output, before the closing chapters on cost, security and a thirty-day plan.
The 50 Practical Ways Series takes one subject at a time and turns it into fifty self-contained ways to act on it. AI for Small Business Owners is the first title. It is in final production and will be available soon on Amazon in paperback, hardcover and Kindle editions.
